The Training & Placement Cell operates on the core principles of fairness, equal opportunity, and transparency. Every student participating in campus recruitment must adhere to the institutional placement policies outlined below.
Eligibility & Registration
- •Mandatory registration with the T&P Cell within the stipulated academic window.
- •Minimum 75% overall academic attendance across semesters.
- •Meeting specific CGPA or percentage criteria established by visiting recruiters.
Job Offer & Dream Policy
- •One Job Policy: Once a student secures an offer matching or exceeding the median package benchmark, they are generally deregistered to allow equal opportunities for peers.
- •Dream Offer Option: Students placed in lower package brackets may be permitted to appear for 'Dream Companies' offering significantly higher compensation.
Disciplinary Conduct During Drives
Professional attire, strict punctuality, and adherence to company instructions during pre-placement talks and selection rounds are mandatory. Any form of malpractice or unauthorized absence after shortlisting will lead to immediate cancellation of placement privileges.
